At Marketing.biz, we utilize a proven AI-driven marketing model designed to drive brand growth and build a massive audience. This approach is tailored to achieve millions in social media reach and calculated results, relying on a streamlined and standardized set of deliverables. Our goal is to grow your audience organically, reducing long-term dependence on paid advertising. This model works in tandem with any existing marketing efforts.
Section 1: How It Works
Our marketing model focuses on creating 1 million in monthly organic reach, using SEO, social media bots, and a high-conversion page (HCP) we set up for you. This reach fuels retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram, driving traffic back to your HCP and generating leads. We guarantee 1 million in social media reach within the first 90 days after we connect your accounts, with a sustained monthly reach thereafter.

1.3 Additional Budget Recommendations

• Management of 3rd-party marketing platforms unless pre-arranged.

1.5 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Marketing.biz guarantees 1 million in reach within the first 90 days. After 90 days, if we haven’t met this target, you’re eligible for a full refund if requested within a 10-day grace period (Day 90–100). No refunds will be issued before Day 90.

By signing, you agree to provide all necessary information and grant access to your accounts for optimal results.
Section 4: Agreement Terms of Service
4.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
4.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
4.3 Customer Obligations
Customers must provide all required information and access for Marketing.biz to perform its services. Failure to do so will forfeit the right to dispute charges, request refunds, or file claims.
4.4 Guarantees & Requirements
Our audience reach guarantees are contingent upon the customer providing access to all required accounts and following written guidelines provided by Marketing.biz.
4.5 Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for services rendered, unless we are unable to reach 1 million in reach within your first 90 days of connecting your social accounts. In the event we do not reach 1 million within the first 90 days of connecting your account, you will recieve free month credits until you've reached the 1 million in reach. Any refund requests are entirely at the discretion of Marketing.biz.
In the event of any dispute, all services, deliverables, and assets provided by Marketing.biz, including access to accounts, social media tools, and any ongoing campaigns, will be immediately suspended. Furthermore, the customer will forfeit any right to a refund.
The Customer agrees that any disputes regarding services or payments must be handled directly with Marketing.biz. The Customer further agrees not to file a dispute or chargeback with their bank, credit card company, or any other payment processor. Any violation of this agreement will result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any refund rights.
To cancel the service at any time, the Customer must email billing@marketing.biz, call our billing department at +1-888-694-3081, or log into our portal at marketing.biz.
4.6 Indemnification
By signing, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing.biz and its employees from any claims or lawsuits resulting from the services provided.
4.7 Limitation of Liability
Marketing.biz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
4.8 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
4.9 Amendments
Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
4.10 Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
4.11 Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of rights.
4.12 Assignment
Customers may not assign this Agreement without written consent from Marketing.biz.
By signing up, using our service, or registering on our platform the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
